Biography

Amb. Yahel Vilan was born in 1968 and is married with four children.

He holds a BA in Political Science and a MA in Security Studies both from Tel Aviv University. He also pursued a Cadet Training Course by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Prior to his appointment as Ambassador of Israel to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Seychelles and Malawi, he served as:
